Ember + Outlook

Microsoft 365 / Outlook sending and reply tracking.

Ember’s email layer is provider-agnostic, so Outlook support slots in alongside Gmail using the same drafting, approval, and threading behavior. Approved emails send from your real Outlook mailbox.

What it does

  • Send from your real Outlook / Microsoft 365 mailbox
  • Inbound reply detection
  • Correct reply threading

How it works

  1. 1Connect your Microsoft 365 / Outlook account through Microsoft’s official sign-in — no password sharing, revocable any time.
  2. 2Ember reads your recent threads to understand where each relationship stands.
  3. 3It drafts the next email in your voice and queues it for your review.
  4. 4On approval, the email sends from your real Outlook mailbox, threaded onto the existing conversation.
  5. 5Inbound replies are detected so Ember always works from the current state of the thread.

What syncs

Ember reads
  • Recent message threads and history
  • Sender, recipients, and subject context
  • Inbound replies
Ember writes
  • Approved outgoing emails from your Outlook mailbox
  • Replies threaded onto the original conversation

Why it matters

Ember was built from day one around a provider-agnostic email layer, so Outlook is not a bolt-on — it uses the exact same drafting, approval, and threading behavior as Gmail. The same principle holds: every message goes out from your own real mailbox, with your approval, never from a throwaway domain.

This matters most for the businesses that actually run on Outlook: professional services, finance, real estate, legal, and most of the mid-market — industries where relationships carry the revenue and where a generic outreach tool sending from a strange domain is a non-starter. If your firm lives in Microsoft 365, the deal history Ember needs is already sitting in your mailbox; the integration simply lets Ember read it, reason about it, and draft from it the way it does for Gmail users today.

Outlook support is in active development. We’d rather ship it right than imply it’s live before it is — if you’re on Microsoft 365 and want relationship-driven outreach, this is the integration to watch.

Frequently asked

Is the Outlook integration live yet?
Not yet — Outlook support is in active development. Ember’s email layer is provider-agnostic, so it reuses the same sending, approval, and threading behavior as the live Gmail integration.
Will Outlook work the same way as Gmail?
Yes. Approved emails will send from your real Outlook / Microsoft 365 mailbox, replies will be detected, and conversations will stay correctly threaded — identical behavior to Gmail.
Can I get notified when Outlook is ready?
Reach out and we’ll let you know the moment it’s live. In the meantime, Gmail is fully supported today.
Will my emails come from a separate sending domain?
Never. Like every Ember integration, Outlook sending happens from your own established mailbox in normal volume — no rotating inboxes, no lookalike domains, nothing that puts your reputation at risk.

Stop sequencing. Start closing.

Ember reads your pipeline, writes in your voice, and keeps every relationship moving. You approve every send.
