Ember respects intellectual-property rights. If you believe material available through the Service infringes a copyright you own or control, send a notice that satisfies 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to our designated agent:

Your notice should include: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) identification of the material you claim is infringing and where it appears; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

We may remove or disable access to the material and, where appropriate, notify the user who posted it. Counter-notices may be sent to the same address. Repeat infringers may lose access to the Service.
