Your inbox, your tokens
Ember connects to your inbox and CRM through standard OAuth. It uses your own credentials to act on your behalf — there is no separate sending domain or shared mailbox.
You approve every send
Ember never sends without you. Every outbound email is drafted and queued for your review, so a human is always in the loop before anything leaves your inbox.
Least-privilege access
Ember requests only the scopes it needs to read context and send approved email, and stores connection tokens securely. You can disconnect any integration at any time.
Per-user data scoping
Your data is isolated to your account and team. Access is scoped per user so one customer can never see another’s relationships, contacts, or messages.
