- What are credits?
- Credits cover manual actions like running Ember on a specific contact or enriching beyond your plan allocation. Every paid plan includes monthly credits, and you can top up anytime with one-time credit packs starting at $5 for 500 credits.
- What does "contacts on autopilot" mean?
- These are the relationships Ember actively manages for you: it watches every email, meeting, and note, keeps a live strategy for each person, and queues the next touch at the right moment. Everything else in your workspace stays searchable and can be run manually with credits.
- Does Ember send emails automatically?
- By default, no — Ember drafts and queues emails for your approval, and nothing leaves your inbox without your sign-off. If you’d rather, you can turn on auto-send so trusted drafts go out on their own.
- Do I need a separate sending domain?
- No. Ember sends from your real, existing inbox — there is no inbox rotation or separate sending domain, which is better for deliverability and trust.
