Do you charge per seat?

No. Every plan is priced per workspace, not per user — invite your whole team on any plan and the price stays the same. Plans scale on how many contacts Ember manages for you, not on how many people log in. Most CRMs and sales tools bill per seat; Ember never will.

What are credits?

Credits are for custom actions in Ember — running Ember on a specific contact or enriching beyond your plan allocation. Every paid plan includes monthly credits, and you can top up anytime with one-time credit packs starting at $5 for 500 credits.

Is 100 contacts a storage limit?

Sync all your contacts. Ember finds your best prospects and manages them — always finding the best, not a static 100. Strategies stay current from live email and CRM. The next outreach is waiting in your inbox. Growth is 100 of those seats, Pro is 500. The rest of your book stays searchable. What does "contacts managed" mean?

These are the people Ember is managing right now: live strategy from real-time email and CRM, next outreach waiting in your inbox. The set rotates as things change. Everything else stays searchable and can be run manually with credits.

Does Ember send emails automatically?

By default, no — Ember drafts and queues emails for your approval, and nothing leaves your inbox without your sign-off. If you’d rather, you can turn on auto-send so trusted drafts go out on their own.

Do I need a separate sending domain?

No. Ember sends from your real, existing inbox — there is no inbox rotation or separate sending domain, which is better for deliverability and trust.

Which CRMs and inboxes does Ember work with?
