Ember + Google Calendar

Use your calendar to time and ground outreach.

Calendar support lets Ember create contacts from event attendees and use upcoming and past meetings to time follow-ups precisely.

What it does

  • Creates contacts from event attendees
  • Times outreach around meetings

How it works

  1. 1Connect Google Calendar through Google’s official OAuth.
  2. 2Ember reads your events and attendees to understand who you’re meeting and when.
  3. 3Attendees who aren’t already contacts are created, so your relationships stay complete.
  4. 4Ember uses upcoming and past meetings to time outreach precisely — a nudge before, a grounded follow-up after.

What syncs

Ember reads
  • Calendar events and timing
  • Event attendees
Ember writes
  • New contacts created from attendees
  • Outreach timed around meetings

Why it matters

Timing is half of good outreach. Your calendar already knows when the meaningful moments are — who you’re about to meet, and who you just did. Calendar support lets Ember use that signal to reach out at the right time instead of on a rigid cadence.

Think about what actually sits in your calendar: first calls with prospects, demos, investor catch-ups, renewal conversations. Each one of those is a relationship event with a natural follow-up window — a quick note before the meeting to confirm the agenda, and a grounded follow-up after while the conversation is fresh. Today most of those windows close silently because nobody connects the calendar to the follow-up. That connection is precisely what this integration makes automatic.

This integration is in development. The Zoom integration already turns meetings into contacts and follow-ups today; calendar support extends the same idea to everything on your schedule — Meet calls, in-person coffees, conference sessions, anything with attendees and a time.

Frequently asked

Is the Google Calendar integration live yet?
It’s on the roadmap and in development. The live Zoom integration already creates contacts from attendees and drafts post-meeting follow-ups today.
What will Ember use my calendar for?
To create contacts from event attendees and to time outreach around real meetings — both before and after — rather than on a fixed schedule.
Will Ember put events on my calendar or change existing ones?
No. Ember reads your calendar for relationship signal — who you are meeting and when — and uses it to time outreach. Your events stay exactly as you made them.
How is calendar-timed outreach better than a fixed cadence?
A cadence fires on day 3 or day 7 whether or not anything happened. Your calendar knows what actually happened — the demo that just ended, the meeting set for next week — so the follow-up lands when it is genuinely relevant, which is when people reply.

Stop sequencing. Start closing.

Ember reads your pipeline, writes in your voice, and keeps every relationship moving. You approve every send.
